Property Information

We collect property details such as location, price, title documents, photos, virtual tours, and videos submitted by verified agencies.

Device & Usage Data

3. Sharing Your Information

We only share your information when necessary to provide services or comply with regulations.

  • Between Buyers and Agencies: When you inquire about a property, your details may be shared with the verified agency managing that listing.
  • With Service Providers: We may share information with trusted partners such as payment processors, hosting companies, and marketing providers to deliver platform functionality.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of 99 Crib and its users.

99 Crib does not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

4. Escrow Payment System

To promote trust and transparency, 99 Crib provides a secure escrow payment system powered by licensed financial partners.

How It Works
  • Buyer or renter makes payment into the 99 Crib escrow account (via Rubies Payment).
  • Funds are securely held for up to 14 days during inspection and verification.
  • Once the buyer confirms satisfaction, funds are released to the agency (minus transaction fee).
  • If issues arise, funds are refunded after mediation by 99 Crib Support.
Buyer Benefits
  • Funds are protected until the transaction is complete.
  • Guaranteed refund in case of dispute.
  • Instant confirmation via email and push notification.
Agency Benefits
  • Proof of serious buyers before inspection.
  • Guaranteed payout once transaction is confirmed.
  • Escrow dashboard with transaction visibility and history.

5. KYB Verification Process

All real estate agencies must complete Know Your Business (KYB) verification before listing properties. This process includes:

  • CAC registration validation
  • NIN verification
  • Proof of property ownership or authorization
  • Office address verification

This ensures only verified Agencies transact on 99 Crib.

6. Data Security

We implement strict measures to safeguard your personal and business information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Secure socket layer (SSL) protection
  • Role-based access controls
  • Regular security assessments

While no system is entirely risk-free, 99 Crib maintains industry-standard practices to protect user data from unauthorized access or loss.

7. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access, update, or delete your personal data at any time
  • Opt out of marketing and promotional communications
  • Request full data deletion by contacting support
  • Report suspicious listings, agencies, or fraudulent activities
