  • How do I create an account on 99 Crib?

    Download the 99 Crib App from the App Store or Google Play, choose your purpose (To find property / To list property ), and follow the registration steps.

  • How can I update my profile or password?

    Go to Account Settings to edit your details, update your password, or manage notifications.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Select Forgot Password on the login screen, enter your registered email or phone number, and follow the reset instructions.

  • Can I use my account on multiple devices?

    Yes. You can log in from any device using your registered email and password.

  • Is my personal information secure?

    Yes. We use encrypted servers and strict data protection protocols to keep all information safe.


2. Home Buyers / Renters

  • What is 99 Crib?

    99 Crib is a trusted marketplace for verified properties discovery and transaction in Nigeria. You can explore listings, take virtual tours, chat, and schedule inspections easily.

  • Are the properties verified?

    Yes. All listings on 99 Crib come directly from verified mandates and undergo thorough checks by our team to confirm authenticity, ownership documents, and accurate property information.

  • What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

    You can send a Property Request directly on the app. Our system will match you with similar listings or notify you when new ones become available.

  • How does inspection booking work?

    Tap Schedule Inspection, pick your date and time, and the Agency will confirm your appointment and guide you through the process.

  • How do payments work on 99 Crib?

    Payments go through the 99 Crib Escrow System, ensuring funds are held securely until both parties confirm the transaction is successfully completed.

  • How do I know my transaction is successful?

    You’ll receive a confirmation email, in-app notification, and transaction receipt once processed.

  • Can I get a refund if a transaction doesn’t go as planned?

    Yes. If a deal fails or is cancelled after verification, the escrow system refunds your payment to your source account within 24hours after mediation.

  • Can I rent or buy from abroad?

    Yes! You can explore listings, take virtual tours, chat, and complete payments from anywhere in the world.

  • What documents do I receive after a successful transaction?

    You’ll get receipts, agreements, and verified title documents related to your transaction.


3. Real Estate Agency

  • How do I list my properties on 99 Crib?

    Sign up as an Agency (To list properties), complete your KYB (Know Your Business) verification and once approved, start uploading your listings.

  • What is KYB Verification and why is it required?

    KYB verification ensures that all agencies operating on 99 Crib are registered businesses. This builds transparency and increases buyer trust.

  • What are the benefits for agencies on 99 Crib?

    Access to verified, ready-to-buy clients

    Once a buyer secures a property via escrow, funds are held securely and released after inspection & title verification confirmation — ensuring trust, transparency and successful transactions.

  • How much does it cost to use 99 Crib as an agency?

    You can start free, or upgrade to Pro (₦19,000/month or ₦190,000/year) for unlimited listings, property reels, premium visibility, verified badge, and extended support.

  • How do I report a property or agency?

    Tap the option icon “..” button on any property or agency profile and select “Report”. Select the reason (e.g., fake listing, misleading details, suspicious behavior) and submit. Our compliance team will review your report and take necessary action within 48 hours.

  • Can I block an agency I don’t want to see again?

    Yes. Tap the option icon “..” button on the chat or agency profile and select “Block” to block it from your search and feed. You can unblock anytime from your profile > Settings > Blocked list.

  • I’m experiencing an error or bug. What should I do?

    Please report any technical issues through the Report Problem button in your profile setting or contact our support team directly.

  • How often is the app updated?

    We constantly improve the 99 Crib experience. Updates roll out periodically to enhance performance, add new features, and improve security.
